jjjpk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jjjpk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jjjpk platform, its operating company, and its authorised agents.
• "Platform" refers to the jjjpk website accessible at jjjpk.onl and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jjjpk Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held on the jjjpk Platform, associated with a verified Pakistani mobile number and unique credentials.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player into their jjjpk Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account by jjjpk under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Balance before the remaining Bonus Balance or any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure Event" refers to any event beyond jjjpk's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or regulatory changes.

By accessing the jjjpk Platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, understood their meaning and legal effect, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jjjpk Platform and refrain from registering an account or making any deposits. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

jjjpk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification or account inbox message to the contact details held on their jjjpk Account. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Access to and use of the jjjpk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jjjpk does not permit players under 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a jjjpk employee or contractor, unless jjjpk has provided express written consent.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the jjjpk Platform or any related platform operated by jjjpk's licensing body.
• You must possess the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement with jjjpk.

To access the full functionality of jjjpk, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) jjjpk Account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, Pakistani CNIC number, registered Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes must be submitted to jjjpk support promptly.
• Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access your jjjpk Account.
• jjjpk reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where jjjpk has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate or the registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjjpk Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. jjjpk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security.

You must notify jjjpk support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. jjjpk may, upon receiving such notification, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

jjjpk strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP and use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service. jjjpk employees will never ask for your password via any communication channel — any such request should be reported immediately.

All financial transactions on jjjpk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. jjjpk reserves the right to request supporting documentation (including CNIC copy and payment method proof) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed same-day during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PKT). Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Conditions: A Player must have wagered their deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted. This condition exists to prevent misuse of the payment infrastructure and does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to their own wagering requirements.
• Declined Withdrawals: jjjpk reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, incomplete identity verification, or where the withdrawal would constitute a breach of anti-money laundering obligations.

jjjpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time of offer.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• jjjpk reserves the right to cancel any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit at any time where it has reason to believe the bonus is being abused or exploited, including through arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or use of prohibited betting strategies.
• A Player may only claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may not be claimed by existing Players opening a new account.
• jjjpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All wagers placed on jjjpk are governed by the following general betting rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by jjjpk's system. A bet confirmation screen and reference number are provided upon successful placement. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• jjjpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in the odds has occurred (i.e., odds significantly divergent from the true market price due to a technical or human error). Where bets are voided, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. jjjpk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including to protect the integrity of the market or in response to a significant event within the match. Bets already accepted at the time of suspension stand unless voided under the palpable error provision.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. jjjpk reserves the right to apply individual account staking limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, jjjpk's records shall be the authoritative reference. All outcomes are determined by the relevant official governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international fixtures).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjjpk Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or place wagers on jjjpk without prior written authorisation.
2. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with players, teams, officials, or other parties to influence sporting outcomes on which bets are placed on jjjpk.
3. Using jjjpk for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
4. Opening or operating more than one jjjpk Account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
5. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with jjjpk.
6. Accessing or attempting to access the jjjpk Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP obfuscation tool.
7. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
8. Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward jjjpk staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the jjjpk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the intellectual property of jjjpk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjjpk Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jjjpk content without prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any jjjpk software or game engine;
• Use jjjpk trademarks, brand names, or logos in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of jjjpk intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

jjjpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them after a specified number of consecutive minutes on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account is suspended and all promotional communications cease. A self-exclusion request cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Reality Checks: Players may opt in to periodic reality checks that display session duration and net gaming position at selected intervals.
• Account Closure: Any Player who believes they have a gambling problem may contact jjjpk support to request permanent account closure with no cooling-off period.

jjjpk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not reinstate an Account closed due to underage access. Players with responsible gaming concerns are also encouraged to review jjjpk's dedicated Responsible Gaming page at jjjpk.onl/responsible-gaming.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjjpk's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's jjjpk Account at the time the claim arises.

jjjpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Interruption to gaming service resulting from Force Majeure Events or scheduled maintenance;
• Technical failures on the Player's end, including device malfunctions, browser compatibility issues, or mobile network outages;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).

Nothing in this clause shall limit jjjpk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jjjpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, where jjjpk reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has engaged in prohibited activities as defined in Section 9;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or jjjpk's regulatory standing;
• jjjpk is required to close the Account to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, jjjpk will return the Player's Real Money Balance in full via the Player's last verified payment method within ten (10) business days. Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, jjjpk reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit such balances.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jjjpk support at the email address listed in the footer of this page. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Real Money Balances held at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jjjpk's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through a jjjpk Account shall first be referred to jjjpk's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 15. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified by jjjpk's licensing authority.

For any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, account issues, or to raise a formal dispute, Players should contact jjjpk's support team in the first instance:

Where a Player raises a formal dispute, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Player Enquiry: The Player submits a detailed description of the dispute, including account username, date and time of the disputed event, transaction reference numbers, and supporting evidence (screenshots, bet confirmations, etc.) to [email protected].
2. Step 2 — Initial Review: jjjpk's support team will review the submission and respond within 48 hours with an acknowledgment and initial assessment.
3. Step 3 — Investigation: Where the dispute requires technical investigation (e.g., review of game logs, payment provider records, or betting settlement data), jjjpk will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a formal response within 10 business days.
4. Step 4 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the initial resolution, they may request escalation to jjjpk's senior management team, who will conduct a final review.
5. Step 5 — External Resolution: If the Player remains dissatisfied, they may refer the dispute to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body recognised by jjjpk's licensing authority. Contact details for the ADR body will be provided upon request.

jjjpk is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently. Players are encouraged to make full use of the internal dispute resolution process before seeking external remedies.
